Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, Operations, and Sales to define priorities and deliver delightful customer activation experiences. Leverage AI to reimagine and automate onboarding and implementation workflows, improving speed, personalization, and operational leverage. Drive execution of the Activation roadmap, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of systems and features that help customers activate and realize value. Lead and manage multiple teams of engineers, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and establishing strong technical direction.
