In contrast to the Relationship Manager (RM), the AM PB does not have an own client book. The AM PB reaches out to clients where appropriate in close collaboration with the RM. The AM PB ensures the operational client account management and interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders independently, provides clients with relevant in- formation and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions.
