• Contract Execution: Lead the execution of contract progress, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Installation Oversight: Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and key milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards throughout the project.
• Documentation Management: Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawing preparation and submission, fostering strong working relationships.
• Technical Support: Assist in technical submissions and negotiations for materials, equipment, and labor procurement within budget constraints.
• Problem Solving: Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes.
• Specialized Experience: Apply knowledge in Data Center operations or Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) to enhance project outcomes.
• System Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical systems (VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers) and electrical systems (retrofit, renovation, lighting control, BMS).
