JOB DESCRIPTION

Keeping abreast of tax and regulatory requirements is a constant challenge for various businesses.
Aurtus SG assists organizations with their tax compliance obligations and in enhancing their commercial value through tax planning, and incorporating tax strategies into an overall business strategy.
Aurtus SG also assists its clients with cross border transactions from an advisory and compliance perspective.

Aurtus SG is looking to hire a tax manager position for which the specific job scope would be as follows:

• Providing tax and regulatory advice on specific transactions to its

clients in various sectors including but not limited to the funds. The
advice may include interpretation of Singapore and tax laws

prevailing in other countries (APAC);

• Preparing/ reviewing tax returns (including GST) and assisting its

clients with other tax compliances;

• Assisting in preparing responses to queries raised by IRAS;
• Review of clients’ worksheets/ processes from a tax compliance/

control perspective.

The candidate should possess the following:

• CA/ ACCA qualification and university degree and/or post-graduate

qualification in Accounting/ Finance;

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore

corporate income-tax, GST, cross border transactions;

• Possessing in-depth knowledge of fund structuring will be a must;
• Have strong research and report writing skills and an analytical mind;
• Be outward-looking, people-oriented with great communication

skills; and

• Have leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team

as a sole performer as well as a leader.
