Contribute to DFMEA reviews and maintain updated risk assessments through concept and design validation stages. Working knowledge of CAE tools (ANSYS / CFD / Flow Simulation) for flow and pressure analysis preferred. | M.E / M.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Thermal) B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics) | AGE | NA | EXP | 6 - 10 Years 8 - 12 Years ---|---|---|---|---|--- 1. Strong knowledge of fluid system design - pumps, valves, hoses, dispensers, seals, and flow paths. Experience in plastic component design, injection molding, and assembly feasibility. Experience in component material selection (plastics, elastomers, stainless steel) and chemical compatibility evaluation. Ability to interpret test data, perform tolerance stack-ups, and recommend design optimizations. Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously with attention to detail.
