We are seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain team in Charleville. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support our Supply Chain team.

Once completed, you will then get the opportunity to put to work what you have learnt as a Supply Chain Analyst.

Every Internship has a bespoke structured training plan for the duration of the placement (26 weeks), with ongoing support from your line manager. You’ll also be asked to complete a presentation at the end following successful completion of your placement to demonstrate what you’ve learned and how you’ve developed.

What you’ll do

• Monitoring store orders and ensuring correct store stock levels
• Creating allocations for promotional products
• Demand planning for future promotional activity
• Optimising our internal supply chain system
• Generating ordering tools for use in store
• Ordering stock for different areas of the business
• Generating baking guidelines for store use
• Maintaining item and supplier information
• Generating and tracking of KPIs and reporting on supply chain’s performance
• Help foster collaborative relationships with our business partners

What you’ll need

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
• Efficient decision making and organisational skills
• Structured work ethic and target driven
• Capable of working to strict deadlines
• Confident and persuasive communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• PC and Microsoft Office proficiency (strong excel skills essential)
• Previous supply chain experience is an advantage
