ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with external customers. Provide accurate advice and information to internal and external partners about the products in your scope. Prepare regional specific tactics and medical programs in line with strategic marketing and medical plans and ensure implementation of it in the field. Provide medical support of pre-launch activities of new therapy area developments in partnership with the Business Unit’s market access, regulatory affairs, commercial, and marketing teams.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacology, natural, or health sciences.
• Experience in pharma business, preferably in medical affairs, or clinical development
• Strong project management skills
• Customer orientation (both externally and internally)
• Ability to work with high amount of data and information
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Collaborative cross-functional working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Sophisticated communication and presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, health care systems and payer structures
• Ability to travel
• Driver’s license required
