WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE BATHROOM (YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):

• You’ve already made waves in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse Goods In environment, ideally with day shift experience.
• You know the ins and outs of warehouse management – Goods In, stock control, quality checks – you’re practically an expert fixture in this field.
• You’re fluent in WMS and other warehouse tech – you can navigate it like a seasoned installer.
• Leading a team comes naturally to you; you can motivate, coach, and help your team shower themselves in success.
• You’re highly organised and a master of time management – you can juggle tasks without dropping the soap.
• Your attention to detail is second to none – you spot discrepancies like a hawk.
• You’re a fantastic communicator, able to connect with people at all levels and keep the water flowing smoothly.
• You’re proactive, a natural problem-solver, and can tackle challenges head-on.
• Safety is paramount to you – you believe in creating a secure and healthy working environment.
• You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bonus points if you have a forklift truck licence!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our day-time guardian of the goods at our Leyland Super Shed, you’ll be the champion of our Goods In process. You’ll ensure every delivery arrives safe and sound, is checked with meticulous accuracy, and finds its designated spot in our expansive warehouse haven. Your leadership will keep our day shift team taps into their full potential, maintaining efficiency and accuracy while the rest of the world is busy, all within the energetic environment of our Super Shed.

YOUR DAILY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading the Charge in Leyland: You’ll be at the helm within our Super Shed, directing and inspiring our Goods In operatives to unload, verify, and book in deliveries with sink-sational efficiency.
• Orderly Conduct at the Shed: Ensuring every item received at our Leyland base matches its paperwork perfectly – we’re talking basin-level accuracy!
• Damage Control, Super Shed Style: Inspecting deliveries with a keen eye at our Leyland site, noting any bumps or bruises, and reporting them faster than you can say “plumb bob.”
• System Savvy at Our Hub: You’ll be navigating our warehouse management system (WMS) like a pro within the Super Shed, keeping all our stock records squeaky clean.
• Team Player Across Locations: Collaborating seamlessly with our teams across all shifts and other locations, from Purchasing to Inventory, ensuring a smooth transition and keeping everyone in the flow.
• Safety First at the Super Shed: Championing a safe working environment within our Leyland facility, making sure everyone follows the rules and avoids any slippery situations.
• Performance Plumbing in Leyland: Monitoring our Goods In performance at the Super Shed, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to keep things running like a well-oiled valve.
• Process Perfection at Our Centre: Contributing your bright ideas to continuously improve our Goods In processes within the Leyland operation – we’re always looking to renovate for the better!
• Resourceful Routing at the Shed: Efficiently managing our day-time resources at our Leyland Super Shed, ensuring we have the right people and equipment in the right place at the right time.
• Communication is Key in Leyland: Holding regular team catch-ups at our Leyland base to keep everyone informed and address any drain-ing issues.
