Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated experience successfully training staff to excel. Minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience working directly with OAPS clients. Preferred: 2+ years as an OAPS Supervisor. Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing performance feedback (e.g., mentoring, coaching, supervising, or training). Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Job Responsibilities: FULL Job Description will be available. a. Supervise and train new OAPS staff in field-based competencies. b. Evaluate trainee performance in core areas including case initiation, face-to-face contact, interviewing, investigation, service planning, documentation, evidence analysis, and time management. c. Ensure only competent trainees advance through the training program; dismiss those who do not meet standards. d. Collaborate with unit Supervisors to transition trainees into permanent roles. e. Promote cultural competency and respectful engagement across diverse populations. f. Use standardized tools and assessments to evaluate trainee progress. g.
