Your responsibilities day to day will be… Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities via phone, email, and digital tools. Manage a robust sales pipeline, taking leads from initial contact through to close. Respond to and convert inbound marketing leads generated by campaigns. Promote cross-selling opportunities across our range of Telematics solutions. Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Support the smooth onboarding of new customers, ensuring expectations are aligned and met. Accurately maintain records within Salesforce CRM. Monitor your own performance and KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion, and revenue targets. Support the wider sales team by sharing insights on customer feedback and trends. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer success and post-sale satisfaction.
