Understand client goals, challenges, and usage patterns to proactively encourage greater product/service adoption. Develop account plans to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs. Monitor account activity and ensure clients are drawing down on available services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences.
