This role is critical to ensuring high-quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and an exceptional tenant experience. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will collaborate closely with other Maintenance Technicians, property management, contractors, and head office teams. Strong troubleshooting ability and technical decision-making are essential for success in this role.
