ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist ready to step into a Project Lead role in our Greater Vancouver studio. This is a career-defining opportunity to:

• Lead high-profile SSMUH and luxury residential projects in Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding municipalities.
• Be a trusted partner for clients, consultants, and municipalities.
• Mentor and elevate the next generation of design talent.
• Deliver projects that meet BC’s highest Step Code standards and help shape the future of sustainable residential design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead clients through all phases of design and construction.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and communications with confidence.
• Produce and review detailed, accurate construction drawings in Revit.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, municipalities, and builders.
• Mentor junior and intermediate technologists, raising technical quality across the team.
• Ensure compliance with City of Vancouver, Burnaby, and other municipal requirements.
• Integrate Step 3, 4, and 5 Building Code requirements into design and documentation.
• Support the development of Net Zero and high-performance projects.
