O’Toole’s is currently hiring for an Assistant Manager/Bartender to assist the General Manager in various restaurant duties including hiring, training, administrative tasks, and managing the floor during service. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth within the organization for the right candidate.
This role will require a four day work week, Wednesday-Saturday.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with the management and leadership of the front of house and heart of house teams.
Closing the restaurant.
Manage the floor during service.
Bartend.
Administrative tasks including inventory, scheduling and costing.
Foster a culture of passion, teamwork and dedication.
Have working knowledge of all restaurant departments and positions.
Coach and mentor team members.
Ensure restaurant standards are achieved in accordance with restaurant goals and philosophies.
