Asignar y balancear operadores en la línea para cumplir objetivos de calidad y productividad. Gestionar entrenamientos, certificaciones y desarrollo de operadores, brindando mentoría y apoyo. Resolver problemas técnicos y de proceso, comunicando eficazmente con equipos internos. Completar documentación de fabricación y registros en sistemas informáticos (Servoy, Epicor, C-Pro). Realizar inspecciones de calidad y asegurar cumplimiento con normas regulatorias y de seguridad. Mantener orden en el área de trabajo y gestionar suministros. Participar en actividades de mejora continua, seguridad y comunicación con líderes y equipos de ingeniería.
