The Crown Prosecution Service are recruiting five deputy project managers across England and Wales. There are two permanent positions, and three temporary positions – 12 and 24 months.

We’re looking for someone with experience of project management, with evidence of change management skills. Proven experience in driving cultural change and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment is desirable, but not essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a deputy project manager, you work with area operational staff to develop, implement, and maintain change initiatives, with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and harnessing best practices. You support cross-agency teams to address issues and enhance collaboration within the Criminal Justice System. Your leadership ensures alignment with organisational goals, and direction to team members.
