Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare project costing reports and maintain WIP (Work In Progress) schedules
Process payroll for site workers and staff
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for ongoing projects
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and handle VAT filings
Collaborate with project managers for budget control and financial planning
Manage subcontractor payments and verify project billings
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts monthly
Assist auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain and update financial records according to company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and VAT laws
Proficiency in accounting software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus
Experience with ERP systems
WPS knowledge
