Responds to and ensures resolution of patron and/or employee verbal and/or physical altercations within scope of authority. Responds to calls for first-aid and assists to the limit of ability and certification. Responds to service calls for escorts, gaming chip fills/credits, money transports and audits, and winner verifications. Insurance claims or criminal investigation experience. WORKING CONDITIONS May be required to work any shift, any day of the week including holidays. Will be monitored by surveillance cameras.
