POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes that enhance productivity and quality. This role is essential for ensuring that manufacturing operations meet safety standards and efficiency goals while utilizing automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance production capabilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and quality control measures.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering designs and manufacturing layouts.
• Support production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data and provide statistical insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on automation.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and quality control techniques is a plus.
• Experience with CAD software and robotics is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of materials engineering and statistical analysis techniques.
