Location: Fort Worth, TX - ON-SITE
Salary: $90k-$110k - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 3+ Years in C.I. Management - Lean/Six Sigma experience, Safety, Kaizen, GEMBA, ISO, Root Cause, High-Speed Production environment

You will be responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant. You will provide leadership, direction, and mentoring skills to ensure safe, effective production of high-quality products, to meet customer needs in the most cost-effective manner possible. You will implement a strong continuous improvement culture by defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling processes and equipment. You’ll also train and educate the associates on: LEAN/Six-Sigma methodologies, 5S, kaizen events, and other C.I. related functions.
