Pay Rate: $19.00/HR ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and lead security officers assigned to the site. * Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel. * Conduct inspections and ensure officers are following post orders and company policies. * Maintain professional communication with the client and DSI management. * Complete incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation. * Monitor attendance and assist with staffing and scheduling needs. * Ensure all security incidents are handled professionally and documented accurately. * Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to maintain schedules, reports, and operational records. * Conduct patrols and perform security duties as needed. * Assist with onboarding and training of new officers.
