Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Du übernimmst 3rd-Level-Support für komplexe Netzwerk- und Systemanfragen und unterstützt internationale Kunden- und Installationsprojekte technisch
  • Du übernimmst 3rd-Level-Support für komplexe Netzwerk- und Systemanfragen und unterstützt internationale Kunden- und Installationsprojekte technisch
  • Du planst, entwirfst und entwickelst technische Netzwerkarchitekturen weiter und definierst sowie optimierst Standards für Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreust Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskomponenten wie Router, Switches und Firewalls
  • Du bearbeitest Incidents und Changes strukturiert über Jira und sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation und Umsetzung

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich und bringst 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld, idealerweise in internationalen Projekten, mit
  • Du verfügst über Zertifizierungen wie CCNP oder Fortinet (mindestens FCP-Level) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Cisco Routing & Switching und Firewall-Technologien
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Zero-Trust-Architekturen, modernen Security-Konzepten, Monitoring-Tools wie PRTG sowie VoIP-Technologien (z. B. OpenSBC, Asterisk, Audiocodes)
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Automatisierungs- und IaC-Tools wie Ansible oder Terraform und hast Grundkenntnisse in Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Du verstehst ITIL-Prozesse im Incident- und Change-Management und kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und hast Freude an internationalen Projekten und technischer Weiterentwicklung
