JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for better client engagement.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on client needs.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both clients and the company.
• Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus but not required.
• A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
