Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) – 24/7 Operations Manage and oversee the global, manned 24/7/365 Security Operations Center, responsible for: Develop GSOC playbooks, SLA-based response standards, KPIs, and incident categories. Ensure 24/7 readiness, redundancy, and business continuity of the security monitoring function. Integrate the GSOC with IT Security Operations, Crisis Management, and national security authorities. Supply Chain Physical Security & Anti-Tamper Implement a Zero-Trust physical supply chain model, including anti-tamper seals, custody tracking, and secure logistics requirements.
