Job Description Responsibilities Define and prioritise STL solutions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other company divisions to expand business opportunities. Understand customer needs, identify solution gaps, and develop offerings to meet local market requirements. Ensure product and standards compliance across markets and stay informed on market trends and developments. Communicate solution capabilities clearly to operational and commercial teams. Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders. 5+ years’ verifiable experience in solution design within IS/IT, Security, Electronic Security, IoT, or related industries. Practical experience in Fire Alarm System Design with valid Level 3 FIA Design qualifications. Skilled in product/solution lifecycle management and working in a national environment. Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Sound knowledge of a wide range of products, including innovative and best-in-class solutions. Fluent in English (oral and written). Valid UK driving licence and 5-year work history. Right to Work in the UK Key Traits & Skills Strong decision-making, technical knowledge, and commercial awareness.
