Ability to remain alert and respond swiftly to security concerns. Strong communication and de-escalation skills. Excellent customer service skills. Physical ability to patrol, stand, and respond to emergencies. Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures. Must be available for on-call shifts and able to report to duty promptly. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a background check.
