Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity in a timely manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and/or assisting with visitor registration as needed. Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and/or other security-related documentation as required by the site. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or incidents. Follow all security-related procedures and protocols specific to the financial institution environment.
