As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a residential community. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Monitor for unusual activity and/or security-related hazards and report findings according to established protocols. Communicate with residents, visitors, and local authorities as appropriate while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with company and client requirements. Act as a visible Allied Universal representative to help to deter potential threats and provide support during emergencies or incidents.
