As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
