Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel to communicate and facilitate daily operations. Demonstrates understanding across a larger scope of business systems (multiple systems, multiple businesses using a system, multiple processes) including how data capture & processes across systems are interrelated. continuously learns new system capabilities & and recommends how to leverage them. Problem Solving: Solves problems related to a business system by outlining potential drivers & and forming a hypothesis-based approach.
