Operational hours: MWF 5:30 AM - 6:30 PM / TTHS 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Schedule: Work 3-4 days / week, 10 - 12 hours/day (every other Saturday, closed on Sundays!) Communicates all emergencies, patient life-threatening complications and related incidents to supervisor, Medical Director, Regional Operations Director, Facility or Group Facility Administrator 15%: Assesses patient and family learning readiness and provides appropriate information on renal disease, prescribed dialysis treatment, and medical regimen and its impact on the patient’s state of health and well-being.
