Oversee regulatory and compliance considerations for clinical programs; contribute to risk stratification and safety oversight. Build strong relationships with partner nephrologists; advance shared clinical governance and physician accountability. Clinical Systems Design & Education Proactively meet regularly with DaVita clinical and operational leaders to review care quality, documentation, and operational performance. Champion clinical documentation excellence and IT enablement (EMR workflows, automation, compliance flags). External Leadership & Collaboration Serve as an executive liaison with CMMI/CMS and other external agencies; engage physician counterparts and key stakeholders to advance IKC’s mission. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Clinical leadership background: 5+ years nephrology clinical practice experience or relevant clinical experience within value-based care for patients with poly-chronic disease. 3+ years leading clinical organizations with advance practitioner providers. 3+ years prior leadership and leading teams(e.g., medical director or equivalent).
