You’ll educate patients and caregivers in-clinic, enabling them to perform dialysis independently at home. This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management. This role requires at least 1 year of HHD or PD dialysis RN experience. The position will be for 30-32 hours. The clinic is open 8:30-5 Monday through Friday.
