Home dialysis provides important clinical benefits for patients and is a key driver of DaVita financial and operational performance – it’s a strategic priority for the DaVita Village to support more patients succeeding on Home dialysis. The HNT’s Strategy, HHD Operations, Launch and Cost Innovations Lane is seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative teammate to support the implementation, project management, and analytics for a variety of Home initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work on various initiatives across the lane, and will include interaction with different analysts, managers and directors. This position reports to the Manager, Home Strategy and Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collect, analyze and report on program/project data Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects. Develop data collection methods based on project needs Develop and continually update reports for Home leadership and field operators to provide updates on progress and drive adoption Develop and update project dashboards that will be used to provide updates to senior leadership Analyze data to help answer questions, demonstrate project progress and evaluate defined project outcome measures Maintain stakeholder reporting dashboard (e.g. updating reports, managing access to dashboard) Interface with field teammates to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questions Complete ad-hoc analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision making Coordinate and manage the implementation of pilot programs and large-scale projects Develop project plans and timelines for pilots and large-scale product/program implementation to Home dialysis programs across the U.S. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on time Coordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projects Develop materials to support the launch of Home initiatives Manage document approvals through legal and compliance process and maintain an updated database of approved materials for initiatives Provide outreach and support to clinic teammates around pilots and projects Aid business owners in evaluating the ROI of initiatives Design slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal audiences Other Duties: General support with project management and analytics for ad hoc projects across the Strategy, HHD Operations Lane.
