Candidates must possess a current RN license in the state of practice and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. While no prior dialysis experience is required as paid training is provided, a minimum of one year of RN experience is necessary, and prior experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is helpful.
