Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and address any security-related concerns. Monitor and report any irregularities, suspicious activity, or security-related hazards as observed during patrols or while stationed within the healthcare location. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and helping to direct individuals to appropriate areas as needed. Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific emergency procedures when required. Provide visible presence within the healthcare setting to help to deter potential disruptions and promote a secure environment for all occupants. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be able to work in environments where vaccines are present, in morgue areas, and restrain individuals as required. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
