The purpose of this role is to lead IPAR's Risk governance, support and quality structures and improvements through collaboration, authenticity, and dynamism with IPAR's senior leadership team. Some of your day to day includes: Overseeing IPAR’s Quality Management System (QMS) and audit program to meet compliance standards. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve quality and performance targets. Identifying risks and opportunities to improve compliance and service delivery. Partnering with senior leaders to establish performance improvement plans. Managing Commonwealth compliance and accreditation programs across jurisdictions. Analysing data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement. Capturing and leveraging customer feedback to enhance systems and processes.
