As the lead Physiotherapist in the Early Family Support Service, you will be leading the team in providing high level and skilled physiotherapy assessment and interventions across a range of clinical areas. You will be expected to exercise independent professional judgement in solving problems and managing cases where principles, procedures and techniques that require expansion, adaptation or modification. You will be providing leadership to physiotherapists across Women, Youth and Children Community Health Programs, including the coordination and provision of clinical supervision, continuing professional development, performance management and teaching or providing training to other staff and students. This is a rewarding and exciting position within a vibrant service that is suitable for a dynamic, flexible, and skilled physiotherapist with a solid background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women’s health, and with paediatric experience particularly in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and developmental issues for babies, who is committed to working in a multidisciplinary team to deliver care to women and infants.
