Position Summary Reporting to the Vice President of Product, the Manager of Product Analytics is responsible for leading qualitative user research to inform product strategy, design decisions, and content experiences. This role specializes in deep discovery research and synthesis, partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Product Data Analysts to validate insights through quantitative data. The role also leverages modern AI powered research and copywriting tools to accelerate insight generation, synthesis, and UX writing workflows. We are seeking a Manager of Product Analytics to support the product team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring user-centered, data-informed, and scalable product experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
