This individual should be comfortable building long-term candidate relationships, maintaining active talent pipelines, and supporting both current and future hiring needs. This position partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver exceptional candidates while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications · 3–5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, consulting, or professional staffing. · Demonstrated success recruiting technical, healthcare, healthcare IT, project management, or consulting positions. · Established professional network and demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive sourcing. · Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. · Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches. · Hands-on experience using a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. Experience with platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar ATS systems is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, reporting, and onboarding workflows within an ATS. · Working knowledge of Human Resources principles, recruiting best practices, onboarding processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements. · Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
