Description The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for clinic operations by setting the standards and practices that support rapid growth, drive operational excellence and enable consistent and disciplined execution by field teams each day. The Vice President of Operations will oversee podiatry clinics located in Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Utah, and Virginia. The ideal leader will have multi-unit experience with proven success developing strong and engaged teams and a track record of delivering results through a disciplined operating structure, ideally in the healthcare or service-based retail space. This person will be driven by a sense of urgency to set clear priorities against the realities of a fast-growing entrepreneurial business. The ideal candidate would have worked in both growing and established brands, while understanding that no job is too big or too small.
