Acts as a facilitator and communication link among various stakeholder groups to advance program objectives. Responsibilities Coordinates, manages, and provides organization support for assigned program related activities. Identifies, schedules and tracks deliverables, milestones and required tasks. Identifies, records, and monitors issues from discovery through to resolution. Functions as the central point of contact, prepares and distributes communications, drafts correspondence, receives and responds to related queries, liaises with internal and external stakeholders including clarifying information and resolving issues and/or, escalating queries to the director and executive director as appropriate. Establishes and maintains databases and records, including those related to sensitive information. Promotes the use of related databases at Fraser Health and may provide guidance and training to users. Maintain up to date contact information and liaise on an ongoing basis with internal departments and external partners. Provides support including coordinating programs across a variety of mediums and preparing meeting materials, developing/sending communications, collecting/summarizing resource materials, maintaining electronic files, and preparing/editing/maintaining documents, web pages, and SharePoint site files. Maintains budget data including analyzing, reconciling, recommending changes, projecting requirements. Participates on assigned internal and external committees as appropriate.
