ViaQuest provides specialized support through Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.   This position will exclusively support the Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions division, partnering with operational leaders and employees to deliver day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Responsibilities may include:  * Oversee all HR operations throughout assigned location(s).  * Lead HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist new employees with onboarding.  * Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans per company policy.  * Provide support to operational teams throughout assigned location(s) to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being followed.  * Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and labor laws. * Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries. * Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as requested. * Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
