You’ll define and evolve the delivery systems (cadences, visibility, governance, tooling, metrics) that help teams execute effectively, while also spending a portion of your time partnering with Product Operations on broader cross-functional process improvements. Job Responsibilities You are responsible for enabling consistent, visible, low-friction delivery across multiple technical teams. In this role, you’ll be expected to: Delivery Management Drive cross-team delivery with customer empathy: Own execution across multiple technical teams by translating objectives into clear plans (scope, sequencing, milestones), grounded in customer and business context so the work stays connected to the “why". Orchestrate dependencies and decision-making: Proactively surface cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs; drive timely decisions; and keep stakeholders aligned through crisp updates and escalation when needed. Run the operating system for delivery: Improve and facilitate the core cadences that keep your teams aligned—planning cycles, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and post-incident reviews—with clear inputs, outputs, and follow-through.
