CO-FOUNDER – ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Are you an entrepreneurial hardware engineer ready to launch your own startup? We are seeking a technical co-founder with expertise in RF, microwave, or analog hardware design to join our venture-building program. You’ll collaborate with top academic researchers to identify and commercialize groundbreaking innovations from university labs, with a focus on applications in the consumer electronics industry.
This is an opportunity to found a startup from the ground up—working on technologies that have the potential to reshape computing, communication, sensing, or energy systems. You’ll lead technical development while receiving the funding, mentorship, and strategic support necessary to accelerate from lab to market.

• Scout and evaluate promising academic technologies in electrical engineering, particularly in RF, analog, or mixed-signal hardware.
• Define and prototype novel applications for consumer electronics, leveraging state-of-the-art components or design techniques.
• Lead circuit design, simulation, and layout efforts for early-stage chip or board-level prototypes.
• Develop and execute characterization and testing strategies to validate real-world performance.
• Collaborate with academic researchers, fabrication partners, and product designers to de-risk core technologies.
• Shape the company’s technical roadmap and long-term vision as a founding member.
• Build and lead a high-performance engineering team as the startup scales.
