Proven leadership and management of technical teams, including coaching, development, and motivating individuals to achieve results Experience in functional management, project management and budgeting Experience leading teams in developing and transferring manufacturing processes and/or production lines across a global network Ability to anticipate future technology needs and initiate programs with minimal oversight Experience leading teams throughout the product lifecycle—from exploratory to commercialization and end of life Strong vendor management and collaboration skills
