This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who can ensure smooth IT operations, implement secure systems, and support a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support staff across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.

• Maintain and manage the company’s hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
• Monitor and ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Install and configure new hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and internal IT policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and repairs.
• Stay updated with current technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
