About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Head of Engineering to lead the next phase of our platform’s evolution — transforming our technical systems, enabling intelligent integrations, and building the infrastructure that will power data-driven, AI-enabled decision making across our ecosystem. You’ll oversee a team of engineers and work closely with product, data, and business leaders to define and execute our technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Transformation Drive large-scale transformation of our core technical systems, modernizing architecture to support scalability, flexibility, and future integrations. Champion engineering excellence, robust CI/CD practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. Establish standards for high availability, performance, and security across systems. AI-Driven Product Enablement Collaborate with product and data teams to infuse AI-driven intelligence into workflows, decisioning, and personalization engines. Partner on initiatives like content management automation, AI-based training systems, and predictive analytics models. Product Unification Lead and guide the design of core data models to enable the merger of two distinct product platforms one that has legacy technology and the other that is built from a modern tech stack, ensuring that the new unified offering is built on a solid data foundation.
