En tant que Senior Data & Analytics Engineer, vous collaborerez avec des professionnels talentueux et multidisciplinaires afin de concevoir et livrer des solutions robustes et évolutives qui généreront une forte valeur ajoutée.

Exigences et compétences techniques

  • Expérience confirmée dans des entreprises de plus de 10 000 employés.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience comme Data & Analytics Engineer.
  • Solide expertise avec Snowflake et DBT.
  • Maîtrise des langages SQL et Python.
  • Capacité à écrire, exécuter et optimiser des requêtes SQL complexes.
  • Expérience en profilage de données et validation de la qualité des données.
  • Habitude de travailler selon des pratiques DevOps.
  • Expérience en contexte agile pour la mise en place de solutions Big Data / Analytics.
  • Connaissances en SAP, Power BI et notions en IA/ML.

Objectifs et livrables

  • Concevoir, développer, tester et maintenir des pipelines de données ELT robustes.
  • Mettre en place des transformations performantes pour fournir des données propres aux analystes et data scientists.
  • Développer des solutions évolutives et fiables répondant aux besoins de l’entreprise.
  • Implémenter des contrôles de qualité des données.
  • Fournir une documentation technique claire et complète pour assurer la maintenabilité.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de data engineering.

Responsabilités principales

  • Concevoir, implémenter, tester et supporter les pipelines ELT.
  • Coordonner avec plusieurs équipes de développement pour assurer la livraison.
  • Participer à la définition des requis, à l’estimation et au développement des solutions.
  • Optimiser la performance des transformations de données.
  • Fournir un support de haut niveau en cas de problèmes.
  • Rédiger et maintenir une documentation technique rigoureuse.

Atouts

  • Expérience dans les secteurs manufacturier, transport, automobile ou aéronautique.
  • Expérience dans des entreprises internationales, multisites et présentes sur plusieurs continents.
  • Connaissances supplémentaires en programmation : JavaScript / Node.js, Java, DAX.
  • Connaissances des technologies suivantes : Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI.
