As a Civil Engineer specializing in Underground Engineering (m/f/d) at the BREMER Leipzig location, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our construction projects. With your professional expertise, structured approach, and enthusiasm for technical challenges, you will ensure cost-effective and high-quality implementation in the field of underground engineering – from the initial concept to final realization.

YOUR TASKS:

• Creation of CAD execution plans (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), modeling of outdoor facilities in the architectural/object model, creation of design and approval plans
• Independent processing of official applications such as drainage requests and water permits, carrying out drainage engineering calculations and dimensioning.
• Preparation of cut & fill calculations, optimization of civil engineering plans, selection of suitable special foundation methods including economic feasibility studies
• Preparation of work calculations and budgets for civil engineering works, participation in tendering and awarding contracts
• Close collaboration with internal departments, external service providers and clients
• Supporting the coordination and monitoring of civil engineering works within the framework of our turnkey construction projects
