As a Process Engineer 2, you will use sound and proven engineering principles in the implementation, characterization, improvement, and qualification/validation of manufacturing processes for replicate manufacturing equipment used in the scale-up of new or existing products. Where you come in: Ownership of OEE and Yield: Monitor, analyse, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and process yield across a highly automated manufacturing environment Process & Equipment Qualifications: Support equipment and process qualifications, including protocol development, execution, and documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ). Apply structured problem-solving techniques to root cause analysis and to identify process risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation plans. As the line engineer, identify and resolve all mechanical, software and performance issues. You will perform statistically robust and industry standard analysis of data, and present findings to technical teams Work with suppliers to ensure equipment, materials, and components meet product specifications and performance requirements. Collaborate across Dexcom manufacturing sites with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with FDA design controls and documentation standards.
