Act as a quality focal point for internal customers, responding to inquiries related to ADGT operations, quality systems, reliability performance, product qualification, and environmental compliance. Partner with Manufacturing and Process Engineering teams to review and approve changes impacting Control Plans, PFMEA/DFMEA, process flows, and inspection criteria, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated. Support customer specification reviews, PPAP submissions, and customer audits, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, including automotive customer-specific requirements (CSRs). Apply strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools, including: 1. APQP 2.
