  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the engineering team.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead efforts in recruiting top engineering talent to build a high-performing team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, ensuring data integrity and operational uptime.
  • Implement and drive best practices for software design, implementation, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Guide technical design discussions and code reviews across engineering groups.
  • Own delivery execution of complex enterprise features and applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and frameworks to support evolving platform needs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Security, and global Engineering leadership to align roadmaps and delivery timelines.
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans for technology and people resourcing.
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and career development plans for engineering talent.
