job summary:
A prominent building products manufacturer seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality building products that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative products, managing engineering projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
